So I tried a rom in a different format (a CUE and CCD instead of a CHD) and still nothing. Maybe I just had a crappy rom? So I tried another and another and another. Maybe it was the wrong bios? So I downloaded EVERY BIOS and tried again. So now I STILL get a black screen followed by a black screen with some tiny dots scattered.
So at first it was missing a BIOS, so I downloaded the BIOS File named “panafz1” and unzipped the bin and placed it inside “system” in the RetroArch folder. well of course not because the game(s) won’t even load therefor no calculation can be made in the first place! All information seems to be in there, the only explicit error I can see is that there’s not enough frames to calculate the display rate of the monitor.
